Review: Nivea Visage vs Clinique

Hello :)
I'm sorry it's been a while. I'm back with a review of the Nivea Visage Daily Essentials Moisturizer.
I recently bought this product as I have Oily/Combination skin I will jump at the chance to have moisturized but shine free skin.

Nivea Visage Daily Essentials

I personally have to say I was a little worried to change moisturizers and try something new as my skin was behaving for once. I gave it a go and I have to say I am impressed. As I returned to my old moisturizer I found it a bit  greasy and runny. I like the texture of this cream though it is oil free which is good for people but oily skin and it also contains natural lemongrass and rice extract which is claimed to balance your skin. The lemongrass smells lovely but not over powering. This product left my skin naturally  matte and shine free all day.

I know can touch my forehead and not feel oily . Hurray!!
It also has balanced out dry areas of my skin.
This product also contains SPF 8 so is also a bonus for protecting your skin everyday from the sun even in winter its a must have.
I would recommend this to someone with oily skin even with areas which are slightly dry or normal skin. This day cream is nice and light and absorbs fast but is also moisturizing.
I would say when this runs out that ill repurchase but I already have repurchased even thought Im still on my first bottle.
This bottle contains 50ml but for 2.99 its a bargain.
Thumbs up for Nivea.:)

Another product I purchased a few months ago was the Clinique Dramatically Different Mostuirzing Gel.
I heard so many great reviews so I thought why not.

Clinique Moisturizing gel

When I first tried this I was very happy as my skin was very oily at the time and this product did wonders for me. After a while though it didn't seem to be working as good and my skin wasn't being balanced like it did in the beginning. I was disappointed as for the price its more expensive than other drug store moisturizer. My parts of my skin were getting more dry and my skin didn't feel moisturized so I stopped using this. It comes in 50 ml packaging, it is oil free and fragrance free although I pick up a scent from this, its not a problem for me though.
I will return to this product again in the future and will keep you posted.

This product didn't keep working for me but it may work for you.
Although I did try the 3 step skin care and that didn't agree with me so it could be my skin not agreeing with this brand.. So don't be worried to give it ago it may become your HG moisturizer.

I hope you enjoyed this review and let me know if you have tried either of these products.
